About the School Director Position
The Director will serve as chief operational officer of the school by hiring/supervising the staff and teachers; developing policies, programs, and procedures to implement the directives from the governing board; implement best instructional strategies; attending all SEP required meetings and seminars; giving effective oversite to the financial management; and maintaining a testimony for Christ. The Director must have basic College level Spanish and English fluency. Salary in accordance with experience and credentials.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with certification as a teacher along with Master’s Level coursework in Education such as Educational Psychology, Child and Adolescent Development, Classroom Management, Pedagogy, and Child/ Adolescent Issues including: bullying, sexual harassment and sexual abuse of children and teens.
