About the School Improvement Coach Position
In regard to school improvement, our goal is to support our partner schools in developing and maintaining a high-quality learning environment. We seek to come alongside administration and the community to encourage continued growth into meeting the school’s potential for learning and transformation.
To fulfill this goal, we are looking for associates to serve as school improvement coaches for these schools. Coaches need experience with all aspects of school improvement planning (core values, administration, instruction, facilities, etc.). They communicate with administrators, teachers, and staff to provide counsel and encourage timely, successful implementation of school improvement plan.
Much of the work of a school improvement coach can be done from home, but travel may also be expected. All expenses are usually paid from the member’s personal support raising account, but occasionally another funding source covers some expenses.

Some of those part-time or occasional needs include consulting with educators or schools, providing administrative assistance for various departments, or teaching at one of our partner schools for a few weeks to a semester. We also need individuals willing to serve in English camps throughout the summer.
